Refund policy
Products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that they comply with this policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. If a promotional discount was applied to your order, the same discount will be applied when calculating your refund, such that the amount refunded will reflect the actual price you paid for the goods.
If a complimentary gift was issued with your purchase, this must also be returned with your goods.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, where applicable, your right to cancel an order placed on the Website within 14 days of receipt of your order and your rights in respect of faulty or defective goods. For more information on your statutory rights, we recommend that you contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of this decision by a clear statement, including your name, address, contact details and details of the order you wish to cancel. You can cancel your order by contacting us at norfolkapothecary@gmail.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns Information
We offer several ways to return. You have up to 14 days to return an item. Please note items must be returned to us in their original condition.

If you choose your own return postage, the Shipping costs will be refunded on your original payment method. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your initial refund.
Complimentary returns with Royal Mail
- By sending us the request by email to norfolkapothecary@gmail.com, we can schedule a Royal Mail collection.
Return using your own postage
- Take your sealed box or bag containing the item(s) to be returned to your nearest Post Office or courier company.
