Shipping is via Royal Mail and can be selected at the checkout. 

Royal Mail First Class - £3.99 (1-2 working days following dispatch)

Royal Mail Second Class £3.19 (2-5 working days following dispatch)

 

Free Returns

We understand it can be worrying ordering from a company for the first time. That's why we offer free returns via Royal Mail if you are unhappy with your order. Email us at norfolkapothecary@gmail.com and we will arrange for Royal Mail to collect your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Simply package up the unused and unopened products and we will organise the rest. Alternatively you can organise your own postage at your own cost. Please refer to the Returns Policy for further details.
