remove stopper from bottle and fill the bag with the aromatherapy salts
pop the bag in your shower - wet the bag slightly and either hang it or place it to the side of the shower tray where it will get splashed and start to dissolve slowly, releasing the pure essential oils into the hot shower steam
rinse the bag out after use and dry before filling
